Join Plumakids by invitation
The pilot is free for invited families in Spain with children aged 9–14. Writing guidance is in Spanish. Everyone can read the sample stories without creating an account.
If you received an invitation, open the link in that email to get started. You can also request your invitation using the form below.
What a session looks like
- Your child chooses a character, a place and a problem for their story.
- They write or dictate each of the eight scenes. Quill offers questions and optional ideas.
- Save the scene and wait for confirmation before taking a break. They can return in another session.
- When finished, they can read and print their original story. Preparing an AI-assisted reading edition is optional; the original draft stays available.
How to support your child
Help them choose their profile and let them decide the story. Read or type if they ask. Avoid real names and sensitive details. You can stop if they feel uncomfortable. There is no fixed time to finish a story.
What is available today
Pilot stories are private. Discover, public links and new AI images or narration are disabled. Menus can be in English or Spanish; this does not change the pilot’s Spanish writing guidance. The illustrated library books are examples, not participant stories or a promise of new illustrations.
An example of the process
Prepared demonstration, not a participant conversation. Shown here in translation; pilot writing is in Spanish.
Quill asks: “What does your hero find when they open the door?”
One possible answer: “Luna found a seed that glowed in the dark.”
The answer becomes part of the original draft. The child decides what happens next and can change it. If they ask for ideas or prepare an AI-assisted edition, their original stays available.
